Thank you for the reply. I just purchased a new SD card and will test the update over the weekend and post results.

Hi.
I'm from Poland.
I have the same problem with my Genesis. Diference is that i imported car from US, but anyway can not use Navi....(displays Palm Beach )
I am not sure about version but hope there will be somone smarter who can help you. I also have concerns whether the North American system will adopt the European version. if you gain any experience, let me know.

Palm Beach sounds nice and warm right now Yes, if this update works for me, this should also work on the Genesis (nice car, btw). I am also trying to connect via a friend of mine with this fellow from Russia that makes custom Roms for Kia/Hyundai including US/Canada vehicles. I have taken out SD card from car and tried to copy but none of my laptops reads it.
Isn't it strange? Do you think,there are diferences between hyundai SD card and standart SD?
Can i use standard card?

Nope, theres no differences. Check side of SD card if its locked.

Card is not locked, anyway it shouldn't make a difference if you only read card....

So idk I havent any problem with original SD card. I was updated Tucson 2017, 2018, 2019, 2x i30 2019 with original memory card..

Well, I have managed to determine that I need Gen 4.0 software. Does anyone have a torrent link? The other link is mega slow.... thank you in advance!

Dobrý den,

chci si stáhnout aktualizaci pro i40 2015+, ale v software se objevuji 4 složky (part1, part2 atd...) a v mapacáh až 12 part.
To mám vše stahovat, anebo stačí jen tu poslední.

Ano, treba. Ked nasledne zacnes rozbalovat Part1, tak to rozbali vsetko dokopy do jedneho kompletneho suboru. Nebudes to musiet robit postupne.
